Chief Operating Officer of TOTAL ALIMENTOS S.A.
1) Responsible for the complete operation of the business in Brazil, with supply chain, manufacturing, quality system, R&D, Innovation, process, formulation and regulatory affairs.
2) Responsible for international business strategy and international sales.
3) Reorganization of the international business strategy. International sales volume grew 88% with CAGR of 22% since 2011. The company was among the World’s Top 30 companies in the pet food industry in 2015, with the revenues around US$ 300M and 1500 employees.
4) Worked with Dr. Corbin, who was well-known as the father of modern pet food industry, for nearly 10 years. Dr. Corbin had served as General Scientific Advisor for TOTAL Alimentos, and he worked together with Miranda, the founder of TOTAL Alimentos. In 2009, TOTAL Alimentos was ranked 9th among the world's largest pet food groups and was also the largest pet food factory as a single factory.
From 2015 to 2018, Dr. Anderson served as
Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Purina Brazil
1) Responsible for the en tire business in the Brazilian market.
2) Reorganized the business strategy and developed the company's transformation plan to achieve growth in operating profit during his tenure.
3) Developed and executed approximately $150 million in strategic investments with Swiss and US headquarter teams.
4) Developed a restructuring plan for the Brazilian business that was approved by the Swiss and Latin American regional teams to increase organizational flexibility and gain market recognition.
5) Launch of the wet pet food service for dogs and cats in Brazil and the JOVEM VETERINÁRIO (Young Veterinarians) program, dedicated to working with young veterinarians and helping them improve their professional skills.
6) Internships at Nestlé Purina pet care centers in the U.S. to build brand loyalty and establish win-win relationships with core management. The program has now been launched throughout Latin America.

With business operations in more than 50 different countries, including Brazil, and having held various positions, CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer), in several public companies.
3) Experience in the entire business environment. Complete business strategy, e-commerce models, go-to-market-GTM, demand generation (sales, marketing and trade marketing), technical areas (formulations, processes), research and development, supply chain, regulatory affairs, people management, etc.

1) Responsible for all the work related to product technology of the company, including product formulation, process, R&D, training and other business.
2) Since the establishment of Beijing JiChong Biotech Co., Ltd., Dr. Anderson has served as the company’s chief R&D director. At the same time, Dr. Anderson is also the CEO and owner of AD INVESTIMENTOS, a shareholder of Beijing JiChong Biotech Co., Ltd.
